New Neon Beat Hours on Radio George - Posted 4.23.12

On The Neon Beat Jukebox 1: This hour begins with old Dino. "Your Nobody Til Somebodys Loves You." The Ames Brothers sing a great old Les Brown Hit. "Got My Love To Keep Me Warm." Kay Starr sings one of her number 1 chart hits, "The Rock N' Roll Waltz." Elvis sings a tender song, "Are You Lonesome Tonight." Hear Harry James with Helen Forest singing, "It's Been A Long Long Time." Frank Sinata's "Swinging Down the Lane." Perry Como, Steve Maglio, Lena Horne, Mel Torme and more.

On the Neon Beat, Juke 2: Tom Jones kicks it off with "Daughter Of Darkness." Sammy Davis Jr, adds a little self percussion to perform, "On A Clear Day." (fly Eastern!) Here(scuz me) Hear the Carpenters do a good old Carole King song. Doris Day sings a toe tapping hit called "Everybody Loves A Lover." We'll take a "Walk In The Black Forest" with Horst Jankowski. Laugh a little Martin and Lewis with, "The Money Song." Ray Charles, Sarah Vaughan, Les Elgart (remembering Dick Clark)

On The Neon Beat Jukebox 3: We kick it off with an uptempo selection from The Mills Brothers "The Glow Worm" Then get set to do a little "Racing With The Moon" with Vaughn Monroe. We take a little vaca with just the monkeys and the palm trees with Mr. Tony Bennett. We pair up Bing Crosby and Satchmo with "Now You Has Jazz." Hear Frank Sinatra & Rose Clooney together for, "Cherry Pies Outta Be You." Vic Damone's "Gigi", Joe Stafford, Ella Fitz, Benny Goodman, and mo.
