The Neon Beat on Radio George - 12.1.14

On The Neon Beat this week, Jukebox 1: Lady Ella Fitzgerald launches this fun set with a skat-in' version of the song, "Blue Skies." The great Mario Lanza is next with a song from the film, The Great Caruso. Sing along with Nat King Cole and the Ralph Carmichael Chorus with "All Over The World." The Mike Curb Congregation sings an early 1970's song from the film, "Kelly's Heros." We get our "shooby doo lang lang's on with Karen and Richard Carpenter. Laugh a little with a seasonal favorite by Pearl Baily. "5 Pound Box O' Money." We'll do a bit o' Rat Packin' with Frank, Sammy, and Dino. Nati King Cole sings a sweeping song backed by the Les Baxter Orchestra called, "To The Ends Of The Earth." Simon and Garfunkel sing one of their greatest hits (amoung many) "Scarborough Fair" Frank Sinatra sings a swingin' version of "When Your Smiling."
